Who We Are
RMA Talent was founded by Ronya Man, an Israeli creative arts specialist who has been based in Nigeria since 2015. With over 7 years on both sides of the camera in Nollywood — directing, producing, casting, and coaching — RMA understands what international producers need when working in Africa.
We professionalise the pipeline between discovery and performance — vetting, preparing, and coaching talent so producers get performers who arrive camera-ready. Our pool spans A-list to emerging actors, not limited to any single training programme.
Through RMA Xchange, we've built co-production bridges across multiple continents — facilitating filmmaker exchanges, festival delegations, and active partnerships that connect African talent with international markets.
We don't just find talent. We build the professional infrastructure between discovery and the set — so when your cast walks on, they're ready.
Our Vision
To build professional pathways for African storytellers — connecting talent to opportunity with speed, trust, and integrity — while helping elevate stories that carry purpose and shape culture across nations.
Voices
Under Ronya's coaching since 2019, I've deepened my craft, improved my on-screen and on-stage performance, and learned the business side of acting. Together we've created some of Nollywood's most iconic characters.
So much love and gratitude to Ronya Man for playing such a key role in my casting and for trusting me with this. Thank you for the vision, the space, and the push.
It's definitely something the industry needs. This is going to grow to become so so huge. Keep pushing it — don't despise the day of small beginnings.
